This independent and renovated apartment, on the first floor of a traditional Marseille house, benefits from an exceptional location in the city center: 5 meters from the sea, the beach and restaurants, 5 minutes from the old port, motorway access and shops.

The space
Our house is made up of 4 independent apartments, 2 on the ground floor and 2 on the 1st floor. On the same landing, on the 1st floor, your host can help you organize your stay.
Your air-conditioned apartment: two rooms (30m2): a living room with kitchen area, a quiet and sunny bedroom and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet.
The equipment, quite complete (see inventory below), allows you to spend your vacation in good conditions:
– The apartment is air-conditioned.
– All household linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.)
– In the bathroom: hairdryer, Kleenex, soaps and shampoos, etc.
– In the kitchen: some cold drinks, coffee, teas, salt, pepper, olive oil, … and cleaning products. Coffee maker, kettle, microwave, induction hob, refrigerator, crockery and kitchen utensils for 6 people.
– In the living room: A TV connected to broadband (fiber), television with unlimited VOD service, Netflix and Prime Video, free media center (thousands of films, series, music), a stereo system connectable to your phone, office , records, books and magazines.
– In the bedroom: wardrobe with hangers, iron and ironing board. Bed queen size changed in February 2025.
Terrace: two armchairs, a small table and pretty plants.
HYGIENE
Between each tenant the sanitary facilities, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice cube tray, water bottles, door handles, switches and remote controls are disinfected, the linen is washed at 95°, the textiles, mattresses, cushions are passed through the steam, carpets, curtains, blankets sprayed.
Tap water: Marseille has received the title of best water in France every year since 2004.

Ventilation The rooms are ventilated for at least 2 hours.
Linen: Sheets, covers, mattress pads, under-pillowcases, towels and tea towels are washed at 95° and dried in a tumble dryer.
Textiles: Mattresses, pillows, cushions and armchairs are steam cleaned. Curtains, carpets and throws are sprayed with a bactericidal and insecticide product.
Surfaces: Other surfaces, including sanitary surfaces, are cleaned with a disinfectant and sanitizing product.
Equipment: The refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, ice cube tray, water bottles are disinfected. All handles, remote controls and switches are cleaned with disinfectant wipes.
Baggage: At your request and before opening, we can spray your luggage with insecticide.
Tap water: Marseille has received the title of best water in France every year since 2004.
Washing machine and dryer : In my apartment. Package laundry (9kg) dried: 20€.
Possibility, in high season, to reserve a parking space in a secure private garage 150m from the house. Price: €20 per day.
Baby equipment available upon request (crib, potty, bath seat, meal set, beach toys, etc.).
